This one has been on my wanted list for a very long time.

I used to own a copy, and did for a short while before giving it away to a childhood friend, whom recently said that the book was damaged. I was stored in a basement so I’m guessing water damage?.

Anyway an other friend of mine, Uffe Jakobsen, owns a copy and recently dug it out from his storage.

Bad luck just became good luck, and with a little work (and unfortunately a broken pin on the spine) It’s now online.
