Page 3 is missing, strangely enough it wasn’t copied on the paper. if you have this page, please let me know so we can complete the manual.

The filename extension is missing (just named Alphaworks), anyway, I bought this cart many years ago and had the manual lying around, you can get the missing page 3 from here and merge it with your 1-2 page version 🙂
