It the had the “missing pages” added to it by Paul B Murdaugh. (Creator of Dual Top and geoProgrammer V2.1).
At the same time PBM added a pdf index to make it more manageable to find you way around. It was then submitted to the file section of the facebook GEOS group “GEOS – Wheels – GeoWorks – MegaPatch – gateWay – BreadBox” where it still resides.
