A good friend who is also a dev on the Amiga OS 3.2 series asked me to get the Amiga ROM Kernel Reference Manual Libraries 3rd edition added to the site. It has been laying in my stack for years now.
This book is heavy with loads of pages, 980 to be exact.
As I wanted to keep the book, I scanned this on a flatbed scanner rather than my document scanner.
Total work on this was more than 11 hours. I hope you’ll enjoy it.
Thank You !
You’re mostly welcome π
Great release … thank you.
I do not want to look greedy but I have to ask, will you also release the missing volume “Includes & Autodocs” ? Would be fantastic to be completely.
UKG
it’s not a greedy question π
Yes at one time I will -hopefully in the near future-. I did start scanning it a few years back, but alas after having scanned several hundred pages I noticed it was scanned in 200 dpi.
It’s a huge book, and I think it has even more pages than Libraries.
I expect myself to do a sacrifice, and cut it up so I can scan it on the document scanner instead, this will probably take 10-20 min to scan. Otherwise I do around 125 pages pr hour with the flatbed scanner.
Due to moving, it’s located in a box, which one I don’t know right now, but I’ll make a note to scan it as soon as possible π
Thanks for let me hope. I think the amount of page is equal to the Library Book but yes its huge undertaking. I am looking forward to it and do not hasty, we have time.
